Participants must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to enter into contracts in their country of residence. BrightNowSoul offers programs designed for business owners, executives and entrepreneurs; by enrolling you represent that you are participating in a professional capacity or with appropriate authority to apply course learnings within your organization.

Minors and individuals under the legal age in their jurisdiction are not permitted to enroll without explicit parental or guardian consent and any necessary local permissions.

You agree to use BrightNowSoul services lawfully and not to engage in activities that infringe the rights of others, violate applicable laws or interfere with the normal operation of courses and platforms.

Services may be unavailable in certain countries due to local rules or export controls. Access from jurisdictions where BrightNowSoul does not offer services is at the user’s risk and subject to local legal compliance.

Account and Access

Creating an account provides access to course materials, community forums and event registration. Account holders are responsible for information associated with their account and for maintaining accurate contact and billing details.

You must keep account information current and accurate. Failure to provide accurate data may affect course delivery or access to services and may result in suspension or termination of access.

Protect your login credentials. Do not share usernames or passwords. You are responsible for all activity under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify our support team immediately.

Accounts are personal and non-transferable unless expressly authorized in writing by BrightNowSoul. Resale or transfer of access to third parties is prohibited.

If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact [email protected] immediately and change your password. We will work with you to secure the account and review recent activity.

BrightNowSoul may suspend accounts that violate these terms, present security risks, or obstruct the delivery of services. Notice of suspension and steps to restore access will be provided where practicable.

Services and Courses

BrightNowSoul provides courses, coaching sessions, workshops and digital materials focused on conscious leadership, strategic clarity and organizational resilience. Course descriptions on BrightNowSoul.best detail the scope, learning objectives and format. Participation requires compliance with course prerequisites where stated.

We may update course content, schedules and instructors to maintain educational quality. Notice of significant changes will be provided to enrolled participants with options to transfer or receive a pro rata credit if materially affected.

While we strive for continuous availability, access may be impacted by scheduled maintenance, platform updates or circumstances beyond our control. BrightNowSoul will communicate planned outages when feasible.

Participant Code and Rules

Participants are expected to engage respectfully and professionally. The following rules support a constructive learning environment:

• Respectful communication: treat fellow participants and facilitators with professional courtesy.
• Confidentiality: do not disclose sensitive business information shared in cohort sessions outside the group without explicit consent.
• Attendance: honor scheduled sessions or notify facilitators in advance when possible.
• Intellectual integrity: attribute ideas and do not present others’ work as your own.
• No harassment: harassment, discrimination or abusive behavior is prohibited.
• Compliance with law: do not use the platform for illegal activity.
• Constructive participation: contribute in ways that support collective learning and practical application.

User Content

Participants may contribute content to forums, assignments and collaborative spaces. By submitting content, you confirm you have the right to share it and that it complies with these Terms.

You retain ownership of your original submissions. However, by posting content in course forums you grant BrightNowSoul a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce and distribute that content for educational and promotional purposes related to BrightNowSoul services.

The license granted to BrightNowSoul enables us to use user-submitted content in course delivery, internal evaluation and aggregated case studies. We will not sell personal content outside these purposes without separate consent.

You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of your content. Content that violates privacy, intellectual property or applicable law may be removed and could lead to account suspension.

BrightNowSoul reserves the right to remove or disable access to user content that breaches these Terms or is otherwise objectionable, with notice to the contributor when practicable.

Intellectual Property

All course materials, curricula, branding and platform elements are the intellectual property of BrightNowSoul or licensed partners. Reproduction, distribution or commercial use of materials without written permission is prohibited.

• Do not reproduce course videos, handbooks or proprietary frameworks for commercial redistribution.
• You may use provided materials for internal business training within your organization if attribution to BrightNowSoul is maintained and no fees are charged.
• Request written permission for any public presentation, publication or resale of BrightNowSoul materials.

Paid Services and Billing

Paid services include course enrollments, coaching packages, workshops and subscription-based resources. Fees and payment terms are displayed at the time of purchase.

Course prices published on BrightNowSoul.best are presented in the currency specified with each offering. Pricing includes stated course components and excludes local taxes or transaction fees unless otherwise indicated.

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. By purchasing you authorize the use of the chosen payment method and accept any applicable processing terms of the provider.

Certain resources may be offered on a subscription basis with recurring billing. Subscription details, renewal intervals and cancellation steps are provided at sign-up and in your account dashboard.

Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you believe a refund is warranted, contact [email protected] within the timeframe stated for the offering. Refund decisions consider course access, materials consumed and administrative costs.

Cancellation policies vary by offering. For live events and cohort programs, cancellation windows and transfer options are specified during registration. Where transfers are allowed, administrative fees may apply.

Participants are responsible for any taxes, duties or charges required by their jurisdiction. BrightNowSoul may collect applicable taxes at checkout in accordance with Thai law.

We may update prices for future offerings but will not change the price of an already confirmed and paid enrollment unless mutually agreed in writing.

Failure to remit payment may result in suspension of access until outstanding balances are settled. Collections action may be pursued for long-overdue amounts.

Disclaimer

Course content is educational and reflects facilitators' professional experience in leadership, strategy and organizational development. Course outcomes depend on participant engagement, context and implementation. Information provided does not constitute legal, business or medical advice and should not replace professional consultation where appropriate.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, BrightNowSoul and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from participation in courses or use of course materials. Our aggregate liability for direct losses is limited to the amount paid by the participant for the specific service at issue.

Third-Party Services

Third-party tools and platforms used to deliver services are governed by their own terms. BrightNowSoul is not responsible for third-party service failures or the privacy practices of external providers integrated into the learning experience.

Termination

BrightNowSoul may terminate or suspend access for participants who materially breach these Terms or engage in conduct harmful to other participants or the program. Participants may cancel paid services subject to the cancellation policy for the relevant offering.

Upon termination, access to course materials and community areas may be revoked. Fees already paid may be handled according to the refund and cancellation provisions applicable to the offering.

Privacy and Data

Our privacy practices are described in the Privacy Policy available at BrightNowSoul.best/privacy. We process personal data for enrollment, course delivery, customer service, marketing and legal compliance. By using our services you consent to the collection and processing described in that policy.

Communications

By providing contact information you consent to receive service-related communications, updates and administrative messages. Marketing communications will be sent only to those who opt in or where local law permits business communications.

Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms to reflect changes in operations, law or service offerings. Material changes will be communicated to enrolled participants. Continued use of services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Where mandatory consumer protections apply in other jurisdictions, those protections remain unaffected to the extent required by applicable law.

Dispute Resolution

Disputes arising from these Terms should be raised promptly by contacting BrightNowSoul at the address below. Parties will seek to resolve disputes informally before pursuing litigation. Where necessary, disputes will be resolved in the competent courts in Thailand.
